To ensure effective management of Facilitation Centre operations, proper receipt, storage and distribution of Specialized Nutritious Food (SNF) in accordance with approved protocols, supervision of facility staff, maintenance of records and documentation, and timely reporting and coordination with relevant stakeholders for uninterrupted service delivery. FC coordinators will be responsiblefortheoverallmanagement,oversight,andcoordinationof activities under phase three ofBenazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP 3.0), at the FC level.
Education
Minimum 14 years of education in any discipline preferably in BS Nutrition, Food Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any other relevant discipline from an HEC recognized university.
Experience
At least 3-4 years of experience in facility management, supply chain, warehouse management, stock management, logistics, program implementation, or related fields.
Information sharing and updates on programmatic progress of BNP (including FC level data), to Department of Health (DOH) through its relevant staff (such as MS of Hospital), Hospital In-charge, Regional Coordinator (Provincial Manager) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Submission of a daily checklist to highlight key updates (FC functionality, stock, beneficiaries caseload, etc.) and challenges encountered.
Ensure that the eligible beneficiaries receive proper guidance on how to effectively avail services and ensure their full compliance with the programme protocols for cash transfer and SNF distribution.
Ensure overall supervision and compliance of the required services (authentication, anthropometry and awareness sessions etc.) in the programme protocols.
Ensure beneficiary compliance by verifying the completion of 1) registration, 2) awareness session attendance, 3) Antenatal Care (ANC)/Post Natal Care (PNC)/vaccination.
Maintain active communication (when required), and share regular updates as needed.
Assist in ensuring that the monthly SNF (Specialized Nutritious Food) supply distribution plans and actual distributions align with the caseload of BISP beneficiaries at the respective FC.
Ensure that the recommended SNF management SOPs are displayed in the FC.
Ensure that tablets are safely stored, battery is charged, software is operational, and internet connectivity is available.
Ensure that an efficient referral system is in place and fully operational.
Ensure efficient referral of malnourished beneficiaries from registration counter to the Nutrition Stabilization Centres (NSC) sites.
Ensure full compliance with Code of Conduct and with the rules and regulations provided during the induction training.
Maintain record of SNF distributed among beneficiaries.
Responsible for recounting empty sachets when beneficiaries return for follow up.
Responsible to maintain Reporting Tools and Ensure Follow Ups.
Responsible for generating request for SNF.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by Supervisor.
