· Information sharing and updates on programmatic progress of BNP (including FC level data), to Department of Health (DOH), and its relevant staff (such as MS of Hospital, District Health Officer, Hospital In-charge, Supply Chain Assistant, Provincial Manager) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Coordination with Maternal Neonatal Child Health (MNCH), Lady Health Workers (LHWs) and Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) staff of the Hospital: through weekly or need-based coordination meetings. These meetings will specifically include and address referral-related issues, if any.
· Submission of a daily checklist to highlighting key updates (FC functionality, stock, beneficiaries’ caseload, etc.) and challenges encountered.
· Ensure that the eligible beneficiaries receive proper guidance on how to effectively avail services and ensure their full compliance with the programme protocols for cash transfer and SNF distribution.
· Ensure overall supervision and compliance of the required services (authentication, anthropometry and awareness sessions etc.) in the programme protocols.
· Ensure beneficiary compliance by verifying the completion of 1) registration, 2) awareness session attendance, 3) Antenatal Care (ANC)/Post Natal Care (PNC)/vaccination.
· Maintain active communication, and share regular updates as needed.
· Assist in ensuring that the monthly SNF (Specialty Nutritious Food) supply distribution plans and actual distributions align with the caseload of BISP beneficiaries at the respective facility.
· Ensure that the recommended SNF management SOPs are displayed in the FC.
· Ensure that tablets are safely stored, battery is charged, software is operational, and internet connectivity is available.
· Ensure that an efficient referral system is in place and fully operational.
· Ensure efficient referral of malnourished beneficiaries from registration counter to the CMAM Stabilization Centers (SC) sites.
· Ensure that referral systems are available at a community level. Engage CNV in referring malnourished children and pregnant and lactating women with special attention to the basic health units.
· Ensure full compliance with MERF Code of Conduct and with the rules and regulations provided during the induction training.
· Responsible to fill tool/sections daily basis and share with Supply Chain & Maintenance Assistant.
· Maintain record of SNF distributed among beneficiaries.
· Responsible for recounting empty sachets when Beneficiaries return for follow up.
· Responsible to maintain Reporting Tools and Ensure Follow Ups.
· Responsible for generating request for SNF (Warehouse).
