Facilitator (Female)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Facilitator (Customer Services Representative) to join our team at Jasmine Mall, Lahore. This full-time role involves engaging with guests, ensuring their safety, and creating a fun and welcoming environment. The position requires working six days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends. The salary package includes a base pay of Rs. 40,000 along with overtime, incentives, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing excellent customer service.
- Operate and supervise specific attractions or activities, ensuring guest safety and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Conduct safety checks and clearly communicate instructions to guests.
- Organize and lead games, competitions, and other engaging activities to maintain a fun environment.
- Promote and enforce safety rules, ensuring guests follow all guidelines.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Provide positive feedback to staff to recognize outstanding service.
- Clean and organize the facility before opening hours to maintain a tidy and safe environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- Female candidates only.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month.
