The Facilitator, Food Disbursement, will be based in Chitral and will play a key role in managing food disbursements and supporting the team under the unconditional and conditional Food Assistance project (WFP-funded), ensuring accurate, accountable, and dignified delivery of food assistance to registered beneficiaries.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare food disbursement plan and ensure distribution arrangement on Extended Distribution Point (EDP).
Prepare distribution sheets for food distribution to beneficiaries.
Verify beneficiaries' names and signatures for consistency with CNIC prior to food distribution.
Distribute food to registered beneficiaries as per the schedule and quantities indicated in the distribution plan.
Check and complete all required documentation and processes related to food distribution.
Maintain hard and soft copies of all food distribution records as required and guided by the Project Manager.
Submit requested documentation daily, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Submit daily and weekly progress updates to the Project Manager.
Assist project manager to prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports according to the schedule defined by the Programme Manager–KP.
Document and maintain records of ongoing activities, identify and suggest potential interventions at the grassroots level.
Assist management with feedback and timely reporting for field observation, analysis, and maintaining a database to track impact and lessons learned.
Ensure implementation of donor guidelines concerning food disbursement.
Uphold beneficiary accountability and complaints-handling procedures during distribution.
Ensure adherence to SIF and donor Codes of Conduct, PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), and safeguarding policies during all beneficiary interactions.
Any other assignment which the Project Manager gives.
