The Facility Coordinator will oversee maintenance work orders from initiation to completion by collaborating closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential to ensure projects meet service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage facility maintenance work orders from creation through to completion. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Perform quality assurance reviews on completed work orders and review site photos, creating photo workbooks as necessary. Dispatch and schedule vendor partners based on service requirements, handling a high volume of emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally. Source, qualify, and onboard new vendor partners to expand service capabilities. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates within CMMS platforms. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments via phone, email, and software tools. Prioritize multiple tasks while consistently meeting KPIs and service deadlines. Identify and resolve issues proactively with minimal supervision, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential; an American accent is preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are required to handle the demands of this role. Candidates must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary, along with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience with a U.S.-based Facility Maintenance company is highly preferred. A background in Facility Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, or Operations is advantageous. Experience using CMMS platforms such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Fexa, or similar systems is considered a plus. This full-time position is based in PECHS, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Candidates should have experience working in fast-paced supply chain or facility maintenance roles supporting U.S.-based clients and demonstrate excellent English communication skills. A minimum of two years’ experience as a Maintenance Specialist is preferred. This is an in-person role requiring dedication and the ability to excel in a demanding environment.
