Facility Technician

We are looking for a skilled Facility Technician to support the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. This role involves ensuring all systems function properly through regular inspections, timely repairs, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to maintain a safe and well-functioning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain safety standards by adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies. Manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of equipment and facilities. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects beyond in-house capabilities. Document maintenance activities and report on facility conditions to management. Continuously seek opportunities to improve facility operations and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications
Relevant technical certifications in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related technical field. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members, management, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
