We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our local sales department to act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Order confirmation to Clients.
- Order placements in our database.
- Follow-up calls with our delivery services to get the order status and inform Customers.
- Must have ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail and have good analytical skills
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Customer support experience.
- Fluency in spoken English, correct grammar, comprehension, Pronunciation
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
