Job Description

We are an online ecommerce store looking to expand a winning team.

  • Order booking through social media channels whatsapp &   facebook with our valued customers.
  • Chat with  multiple customers on Facebook and WhatsApp to guide them about product information and selection.
  • Share different product pictures with the customer as per their demand. Answer all their queries. Make conversation with them.
  • Handle multiple customer’s queries and complaints on WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media channels.
  • Placement of orders on portal.
  • Forward customer orders to the dispatch team
  • Give them information about payment and delivery.
  • Be courteous and detail oriented in giving all product options to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication. 
  • Strong in using mobile phone and desktop computer.
  • Good typing speed on mobile phone and computer.
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
