We are looking for a proactive and skilled Factory Officer to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth factory workflow. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to achieve production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and manage production activities to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, weaving, finishing, and packing departments to streamline processes.
- Ensure production goals are consistently met within established timelines without sacrificing quality.
- Monitor material usage closely to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records, attendance logs, and prepare comprehensive daily reports.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to factory standards.
- Collaborate with management on production planning and promptly address any operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile, Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in factory operations within furniture, fabric, or carpet manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of factory processes and production flow management.
- Proven ability to manage labor forces and coordinate multiple departments effectively.
- Good reporting skills coupled with strong communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
