Factory & Production Supervisor – HVAC

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory & Production Supervisor to join our water cooler manufacturing facility located in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, refrigeration, cooling equipment, or related manufacturing sectors. This role requires practical knowledge of these systems along with the ability to effectively manage factory operations, production teams, materials, quality control, maintenance, and production planning to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory and production operations to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Manage and lead factory staff, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet targets.
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Oversee water cooler assembly and related manufacturing processes.
- Supervise critical processes such as brazing, pressure testing, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging.
- Troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration, cooling, and electrical systems promptly.
- Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with stores and purchasing departments.
- Monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, and manage inventory requirements.
- Implement quality control checks and inspect finished products before dispatch.
- Track production metrics including defects, rework, rejected units, and material usage.
- Coordinate maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper factory housekeeping, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Report production status, manpower issues, material shortages, and technical problems to management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant practical experience in factory or production supervision.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in HVAC, refrigeration, water coolers, chillers, commercial refrigeration, or cooling equipment manufacturing.
- Proven track record of supervising factory, workshop, or production facility operations.
