Factory Production Supervisor

Babji Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Factory Production Supervisor to join their team at the Gabol Town facility in New Karachi. This full-time position involves overseeing daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. The role requires working on-site with a shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, totaling 12 hours per day. The monthly salary ranges between Rs50,000 and Rs60,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate factory production processes to meet output targets.
- Monitor workflow and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Manage and motivate production staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and report progress to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work long shifts and manage time effectively.
- Good understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Gabol Town, New Karachi.
