We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the factory store located in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining efficient stock handling processes. This role requires hands-on experience with computerized store management systems and strong organizational skills to support smooth material flow within a manufacturing environment. The position is full-time and ideal for candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the factory store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Verify quantities and specifications of received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, organization, and handling of all materials.
- Maintain stock records using ERP, inventory management software, or other computerized systems.
- Accurately enter and update inventory data in the system.
- Prepare stock reports, inventory summaries, and material movement reports for management review.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile findings with system records.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Accounts, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation for all material receipts and issues.
- Supervise store staff and enforce compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably within a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and inventory/ERP software.
- Ability to accurately enter, maintain, and retrieve data from computerized systems.
- Good understanding of stock reconciliation, Goods Received Notes (GRN), material issuance, and inventory records.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and team management abilities.
- Capability to work independently and handle multiple store-related tasks efficiently.

This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
