Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Supervisor to oversee and manage production activities at our facility located in Gabol Town, New Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the production team, ensuring the proper functioning of machines and equipment, and maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires close monitoring of daily reports and production targets, as well as identifying and resolving any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all production activities to meet operational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the production team to enhance performance.
- Ensure machines and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Maintain full compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Track daily production reports and monitor progress against targets.
- Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Full-time position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 55,000.
- Additional allowances including PKR 2,000 for fuel and PKR 2,000 for attendance.
- Work location requires in-person attendance at the factory site.
