Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Factory Supervisor to join a growing perfume manufacturing company based in Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing factory workers, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining a smooth workflow across various departments. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with management to resolve any operational issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage factory labor to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Assign daily tasks to workers and ensure their timely completion.
- Oversee operations in packing, filling, and inventory departments to guarantee quality and efficiency.
- Maintain discipline among workers and ensure smooth daily factory operations.
- Coordinate with management to address and resolve workflow challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Matriculation or Intermediate education preferred.
- Previous experience in supervising factory workers or labor is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of managing a team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in perfume production, will be considered a plus.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
- Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- The work location is in person at the factory in Korangi, Karachi.
