Ignition Pro – School for Entrepreneurs is inviting qualified and experienced faculty members to join its team to deliver internationally recognized university degree programs through its Transnational Education (TNE) portfolio. The successful candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching, fostering student engagement, and ensuring excellent learning outcomes that meet global academic standards. The positions are available across disciplines including Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence and International Business & Management, covering both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions relevant to the assigned subject areas.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with program requirements.
- Assess student assignments and provide constructive academic feedback to support learning.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and overall learning outcomes.
- Offer academic guidance and mentoring to support student development.
- Maintain accurate academic records in compliance with institutional and awarding body standards.
- Participate actively in academic meetings, curriculum planning, moderation, and quality assurance processes.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of MS/MPhil or an equivalent qualification representing 18 years of education in the relevant discipline.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to effectively deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses as applicable.
- Relevant teaching experience at the university or higher education level is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with international curricula, assessment standards, or experience in transnational education is advantageous.
