Overview:

We are a foreign exhibition and trade show company and are seeking an Office Assistant who can assist at administrative tasks but also possesses strong IT skills to provide technical support.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to our team, efficiently troubleshooting IT issues, including both hardware and software problems.
Handle incoming calls and manage correspondence.
Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of travel documents for our sales team.
Provide administrative support across various departments, aiding in the seamless integration of office functions.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support and office administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Women are encouraged to apply. Over 80% of office staff are currently women.

What We Offer:

Target bonus based on the sales team is shared with all office staff
Office timings are 9:30 to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and there is no late sitting.
