Faisal Movers is looking for an experienced and qualified Driver Trainer to train, evaluate, and improve the driving skills of our HTV & PSV drivers. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience as a professional driver and prior exposure to driver training or mentoring.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Train HTV & PSV drivers on safe, defensive, and company-standard driving practices

Conduct driving assessments, road tests, and performance evaluations

Educate drivers on traffic laws, safety regulations, and fuel-efficient driving

Identify skill gaps and provide corrective training sessions

Ensure compliance with Faisal Movers’ safety and operational standards

Maintain training records and driver performance reports
