We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operations in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operational activities of the Islamabad region, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Oversee logistics, fleet management, and team performance to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the cargo courier industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics and operational management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the cargo courier industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
