Job Description:
- Parcel Booking: Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, ensuring accurate recording and timely dispatch.
- Customer Dealing: Engage with customers courteously, address their queries, and provide assistance in booking procedures.
- Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to coordinate bookings effectively and ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduates will be preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using booking software and MS Office applications.
