We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager (GM) to lead our Electric Bus Transit Service operations. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic planning, operations, and financial performance to ensure the efficient and profitable management of our public transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily transit operations, fleet management, and service optimization.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor departmental heads, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and business partners to expand and improve transit services.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in public transport, fleet management, or a similar leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale transit operations.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and sustainable transport solutions is a plus.
