Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain attendance systems, including biometric devices and software platforms.
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems across various locations.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and calibration of CCTV cameras and related hardware.
- Monitor the performance of CCTV systems, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing any technical issues promptly.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of attendance data, implementing necessary adjustments and configurations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CCTV and attendance systems with other IT infrastructure and applications.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in CCTV and attendance system management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing biometric attendance systems in a corporate or organizational setting.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
- Strong knowledge of attendance system technologies, including biometric devices and time-tracking software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to CCTV and attendance data.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CCTV installation, networking, attendance system handling) is a plus.
