Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce City Housing Project and its features.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their housing needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about available units, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement telesales strategies and campaigns.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of cold calling and telesales sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
