Faisal Movers is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and bring at least two years of experience in HR functions. This role requires a thorough understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, labor law compliance, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and overall HR compliance initiatives.
In this position, the HR Executive will manage a small team of three persons, guiding their efforts to enhance employee engagement, facilitate onboarding processes, administer compensation and benefits, and coordinate training and development programs. The role demands someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering a positive work environment while ensuring that all HR operations align with company policies and relevant legislation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Develop and maintain employee relations programs to promote a positive workplace .
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company HR policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information system records.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and promote a cohesive work environment.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and identify areas for improvement.
