Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and management of the Drivers Department, leading a team of 150 personnel.
  • Develop and implement driver scheduling systems to optimize fleet utilization and meet operational demands.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant vehicle operation laws, company policies, and driver safety regulations.
  • Manage driver and staff discipline, fostering a professional and responsible workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to guarantee the operational readiness and safety of military and commercial vehicles.
  • Conduct regular training and briefings on driver safety, vehicle handling, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor fleet management activities to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, driver attendance, and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to support department goals.
  • Make timely and effective decisions regarding driver assignments, disciplinary procedures, and operational challenges.
