Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day terminal operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Ensure effective coordination between operations, administration, workshop, and support teams

Oversee bus operations including scheduling, availability, dispatch readiness, and route coordination

Coordinate with the workshop team for timely maintenance, repairs, and road-worthiness of buses

Monitor driver deployment, duty rosters, attendance, and compliance with operational standards

Address operational and workshop-related issues promptly to avoid service disruptions
