The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating Faisal Movers terminal operations and customer service standards during day-to-day terminal activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee terminal operations to ensure timely and efficient handling of transport and logistics activities.
- Coordinate workflow scheduling to optimize resource allocation and terminal throughput.
- Monitor and report on operational performance using MS Office and relevant reporting tools.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delays.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle customer complaints and lead service recovery efforts to maintain high service standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Analyze operational challenges and provide solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational records and reports to assist senior management in decision-making.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to keep updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
