Security Guard

Faisal Movers is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to protect company premises and ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate holds a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, is physically fit, alert, and disciplined. This role involves monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular inspections, responding promptly to emergencies, and managing conflict situations effectively. Strong communication and observation skills are essential to maintain a secure environment. The Security Guard works in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility. While this position does not involve managing a team, the guard must collaborate closely with colleagues and follow company protocols diligently to uphold the safety standards of Faisal Movers.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, passengers, and assets.
Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Check IDs, and authorization where required.
Conduct regular security rounds and remain vigilant at assigned posts.
Promptly report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
Maintain discipline and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Handle and report security incidents, emergencies, and unusual situations.
Maintain daily security logs and incident records.
Coordinate with the Security Supervisor and relevant departments when required.
Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
