Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and detailed records of fleet and vehicle metrics, including utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and operational performance indicators.
Develop and manage advanced dashboards in Microsoft Excel for continuous fleet performance monitoring and insightful management reporting.
Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and visual reports to support real-time data analysis and strategic decision-making.
Consolidate data from diverse sources ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and reliability for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
Perform trend analysis to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for operational improvement within the fleet management process.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports tailored to management's informational needs.
Automate recurring reporting tasks and streamline data processing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Transform complex, raw data into clear, meaningful business insights to support data-driven decision-making and organizational success.
