Faisal Movers is seeking a dedicated Transport Operations and Incident Management Officer to oversee and coordinate all aspects of transport operations and incident responses. The officer will utilize their strong understanding of accident investigation, field operations, and police procedures to maintain smooth transport operations and effectively handle emergencies. The position requires excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate effectively with various government authorities and internal teams. The officer must be prepared to travel and respond promptly to emergency situations as necessary, ensuring that all incidents are properly documented and reported. Although the role does not involve managing a team, it demands proactive decision-making and crisis management capabilities in a dynamic environment to uphold safety and operational standards within Faisal Movers.
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate bus incidents and related operational matters.
- Visit accident sites and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
- Manage initial incident response and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Coordinate with drivers, operational teams, passengers, and other stakeholders.
- Support police, legal, and administrative procedures related to accidents.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of accident cases.
- Recommend preventive measures to reduce future incidents.
- Maintain strong coordination with field teams during emergency situations.
