Responsibilities

Enter financial data accurately into accounting software and spreadsheets.
Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
Support the accounting team in maintaining proper documentation and filing.
Help track financial transactions and verify the completeness of records.
Learn to use accounting software to process transactions and generate reports.
Identify discrepancies and report findings to the senior accountants.
Participate in internal audits and assist with financial reconciliations.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to organizational policies.
