Faiz Chemicals Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled General Manager with at least three years of experience to lead and oversee the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the company. This role requires managing a diverse team of 50 persons and driving performance improvements across various departments to ensure operational excellence and business growth.
The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and industry best practices. The role involves detailed oversight of supply chain management, resource allocation, and performance metrics in order to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders to set long-term strategies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards is crucial. Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of Faiz Chemicals Industries, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective policies, procedures, and business practices to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 50 employees, promoting teamwork, professional development, and high performance.
- Oversee the pvc extrusion and production processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Design and execute strategic plans to enhance operational workflows, reduce costs, and improve supply chain effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze performance indicators regularly and develop actionable plans for operational improvements and business growth.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
- Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key industry partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present regular reports for senior management and stakeholders on financial performance and operational metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to maintain the company's leadership in PVC manufacturing.
