We are an Immigration Company with our Head Office in Canada.
Apart from a basic salary this job post entails a lucrative plan for commissions and bonuses. These are given to employees on per sale as well as on target completion basis.
Please note that this is an urgent hiring (multiple) for a B2C nature of Job Engagement.
Our ideal candidate would be able to:
- Develop/ sustain potential and existing clients via calls and different online communication mediums to generate leads for the company.
- Effectively explain our services to optimally present the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Must be able to understand the clients’ requirements as well to propose winning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches.
- Ensure that the correct contract agreements are in place and relevant documentation is effectively filed and stored.
- Address any difficult situations with a sensitive and professional manner in order to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
