E-commerce Account Handler – eBay, Etsy & TikTok Shop

Falcon Ecommerce is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Account Handler to manage and optimize sales channels on eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in e-commerce and possess a strong understanding of online sales platforms. This role involves overseeing product listings, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth across multiple marketplaces. The candidate will also lead and support a small team of two members, providing guidance and coordinating daily activities to meet the company’s sales objectives. In this role, you will maintain and improve the performance of multiple e-commerce accounts by implementing effective sales strategies and handling customer inquiries professionally. You will work closely with internal teams to synchronize inventory, promotions, and order fulfillment. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while leading your team to achieve set goals.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop accounts, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotions.
Monitor account performance and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust product offerings and marketing tactics accordingly.
Lead and mentor a team of two members, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create appealing product descriptions and images.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and standards to avoid account penalties or suspension.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, team progress, and market insights for senior management.
Continuously research and stay updated on trends in e-commerce platforms to leverage new opportunities.
