POSITION SUMMARY The Falcon Management Company (Pvt) Ltd. HR Specialist is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas including, but not limited to: benefits administration, employee relations, training, HRIS system, onboarding, policy development and implementation, recruitment/employment and labor law compliance. Works under tight deadlines and heavy volume of work, within a fast paced quality focused environment. Work as subject matter professional on issues relating to human resource administration.
