Job Summary:
The Transition Coordinator will be responsible for tracking the process of client’s transition to ensure that all data and documents are captured and saved as designed. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas including, but not limited to: effectively communicate with internal departments to ensure transition tasks are on schedule, document client calls for internal review, facilitate client converted data to incorporate into our internal platforms, and document all processes for internal & external use. Works under tight deadlines and heavy volume of work, within a fast-paced quality focused environment.
