The People Excellence Specialist is responsible for creating an effective and engaging work environment for employees. This includes developing and implementing programs to improve job satisfaction, engagement, and employee morale. The People Excellence Specialist will build relationships with employees, managers, and executives to ensure that the organization’s culture is one of respect and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop methods to measure employee satisfaction and engagement
- Design initiatives to improve employee morale
- Collaborate with Human Resources on training programs
- Develop policies related to employee performance
- Monitor progress of initiatives designed to improve job satisfaction and engagement
- Create internal communications that promote a positive workplace environment
- Facilitate team building activities
- Support managers in resolving conflicts between employees
- Research best practices in people excellence management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in people excellence management or human resources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
