FameDiscovery Services is looking for a dual-role person who can:-
- Manage the Customer Support of our Websites.
- Manage the Technical Backend for our Websites.
For Customer Support:
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
For Technical Backend Management:
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree and above.
- Daily 9 hours duty and one holiday in a week.
- Must have fast-speed internet and backup for load-shedding.
- Flexible to work on Morning, Evening and Night shifts as per requirement.
- Must not be working on any other job.
Additional Details:
- 3 persons are already working on this role and you will be the fourth one.
- 1-month of training with 50% salary.
- 3 months initial and 1-year permanent contract.
- Salary increase/promotion based upon work efficiency.
Interview Process:
- First, we will call you on mobile for basic question answering.
- Then we will arrange a Zoom Video Call Interview for basic question answering regarding Customer Support ethics and your knowledge in HTML/CSS.
- The best candidate will be finalized and your training will start from the very next day.
