Normeca International AS is leading an innovative healthcare initiative in Pakistan, known as the “Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital,” in partnership with the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and the Government of Pakistan. This project deploys advanced mobile clinics housed within fully-equipped trailers to deliver essential healthcare services directly to communities in the KPK and Sindh regions. These mobile units offer a broad range of general diagnostic services and minor surgical procedures, supported by comprehensive facilities such as kitchens, laundry, dining areas, and conference rooms. This setup ensures both medical teams and patients experience comfort and efficiency. Through this initiative, Normeca International AS is dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility and providing high-quality care to underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients across all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct routine health check-ups, risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records.
- Keep abreast of the latest medical advancements and best clinical practices.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of mobile medical units at various locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a Family Doctor or General Practitioner.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Family Doctor or General Practitioner.
- Strong understanding of primary care principles and clinical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
- Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
