R&D Project
To co-ordinate and do follow ups customer project with GM sales and R&D Manager / R&D AM on every 15 days.
- To co-ordinate and do follow ups of VCS project with Business Head VCS and R&D Manager – Team on every 15 days.
- To co-ordinate and do follow ups other R&D Lab Projects with R&D Manager and their Team on weekly bases to get the work faster.
- To co-ordinate and do follow ups of samples feedback from sales person on monthly bases.
- To carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and purpose of the job and the objectives of the company including the performance of duties outside normal working hours and in emergence situation where necessary
- Conduct a thorough KYC and maintain customer data base.
- Continuously keep the customer data base update.
- This role will also encompass collection and follow up of payments over phone, email and in person if required.
- Coordinating and preparing reports to send regular reminders for dues
- The resource will also be responsible to trace received payments coordinate with accounts and ierna teams for settlement in AX
- Ensure proper filing of documents related to Engineering & Automation.
- Answer all incoming calls and inquiries related to Engineering & Automation Collections and interdepartmental communication.
Organize and manage sales related marketing material, ensure ample availability of brochures and marketing collateral.
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in preparing sales quotations
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Keep a track on shipments and coordinate with Principal and/or with Procurement to keep the customer updated.
- Act as the landing point of all service related complaints.
- Entry of complaints in AX,
- open Service tickets and
- coordinate satisfactory closure.
- Respond to complaints from customers and coordinate for after-sales support.
- Provide support to sales and service team for day to day matters
- Assist line manager(s) for routine tasks.
