Fashion Designer – CLO 3D & Technical Design

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer with strong expertise in CLO 3D to join our dynamic fashion team based in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in garment design, pattern development, fitting, and technical fashion design, with a particular focus on creating and refining 3D virtual samples using CLO 3D software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively with various teams to ensure high-quality garment development from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D garment designs and develop virtual samples using CLO 3D software.
- Develop, modify, and refine garment patterns and designs to meet design specifications.
- Prepare detailed tech packs, including measurements, specifications, and garment details for production.
- Evaluate virtual samples for garment fitting, shape, and drape, making necessary design and fitting adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with pattern makers, sampling teams, and production departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Apply knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, stitching, and finishing techniques to enhance design quality.
- Ensure all assigned design tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in fashion or technical design roles.
- Proficiency in CLO 3D is essential.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern making processes.
- Knowledge of fabrics, measurements, fitting, and garment development principles.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Candidates with a degree or diploma in Fashion Design will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong practical skills in CLO 3D are also encouraged to apply.
