KORA is an emerging fashion brand backed by Prestige Textile (Pvt.) Ltd., combining apparel manufacturing expertise with contemporary design to create fashion that resonates with the modern consumer. We’re building a brand with a strong focus on product development, design innovation, quality, and a distinctive visual identity.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team and help bring KORA’s design vision to life.
Key Responsibilities- Research fashion trends, silhouettes, colors, fabrics, and emerging styles relevant to KORA’s target audience.
- Develop original designs, concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal collections.
- Create technical sketches, design specifications, and tech packs for product development.
- Work closely with the product development, merchandising, and production teams to translate concepts into finished garments.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, washes, finishes, and other garment details.
- Coordinate sampling, fittings, and revisions to ensure the final product meets design and quality expectations.
- Ensure designs are aligned with KORA’s brand identity.
- Stay updated on local and international fashion trends.
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 experience in fashion design or apparel product development; fresh graduates with relevant exposure may also apply.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fits, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva and/or other relevant design software.
- Ability to prepare technical sketches, specifications, and tech packs.
- A strong creative eye, attention to detail, and an understanding of contemporary fashion.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
