Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative and stylish fashion collections that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and uphold its luxury standards.
- Oversee the development of textiles and embroidery, ensuring all elements align with the creative vision.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate concepts into finished garments.
- Manage precise fittings and garment construction to guarantee high-quality final products.
- Maintain strict adherence to deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and artistic integrity throughout the design process.

Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Fashion and Textile Design with a solid understanding of fashion fundamentals.
- Proficiency in embroidery and textile techniques, including knowledge of innovative design methods.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating prints and design elements.
- Demonstrated ability in garment fitting and construction to produce superior finished pieces.
- Creative and artistic mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong draping and illustration abilities to support the design process.
