1-Maintain accurate and updated sales records from identification of customer to invoice generation through ERP.
2-Secure/mature sales, Relationship building Achieve annual/quarterly/monthly sales and recovery targets in assigned territory.
3- Provide timely and accurate quotations to prospective clients and consistently follow up to mature sales.
4-Maintain close coordination with ZM for discount approvals against orders or inquiries.
5-Monitor competitor’s activities related to sales, products, pricing and branding activities etc.
6-and share with ZM in daily meeting. Develop long lasting and healthy relationships with all existing FAST clients/customers.
7-Coordinate with factory for pending orders follow up.
8-Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and customer complaints resolved on priority.
9-Consistently work to develop and mature new clients with potential for high profitability sales.
10-Ensure timely updates to all customers/clients regarding product diversification, enhancement or company updates, whenever required through e-mail correspondence or visit.
11-Update PMS on regular basis.
12-Prepare accurate and timely sales and recovery projections, and other required reports on annual, quarterly and weekly basis and present to ZM.
13-Undertake any other tasks related to sales assigned by senior management. Develop business/Sales plans, Market analysis/research, Customer query handling Perform sales visits/ Area Exploration, New Housing society identification in our area.

15-Quarterly giveaways distribution to clients
