- Timely preparation of electrician commissions, freight bills and cables returns and send to head office for approval.
- Ensure the correct entry of transactions in the system and sent all petty cash vouchers in head office on time
- Control daily office expense and petty cash.
- Ensure that accurate and timely preparation of invoices.
- Collecting daily receipts from Sales and Marketing persons maintaining proper record of these and daily disbursement of receipts to their relevant Banks.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by Branch Manager.
- Ensure the proper closing of all branch transactions at month end and send monthly statements to head office.
- Keep up-to-date and complete knowledge to perform job duties accordingly.
- Ensure that maintenance of vouchers and files in proper manner.
- Help to conduct monthly stock taking with stock keeper and in charge and send stock report to head office.
- Ensure the officer decorum, discipline and tardiness.
- Liaison with Sales and Marketing persons in case of customers` queries.
