- Make sure about implementation and execution of Company Policies Procedures in store Department
- Implementation of disciplinary measures to all store employees according to company policy.
- Up keeping of paperwork and system entry in a timely manner established by management.
- Enforce all store Safety and Security measures.
- Maintain minima and maxima stock levels of items in stores. Monitoring dash board and ensure no delay of orders.
- Proper arrangement of stock level for dispatching as per sale order received from head office.
- Send demand to production department in case of stock shortage..
- Make arrangement of stock takings for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually basis.
- Keep update status of pending, partially delivered and completely delivered order separately.
- Ensure no quality and packing issue at stock delivery to customers/end user.
- Update ERP system according to daily issuance and receipt of stock items.
