Supervisor Warehouse

Fast Cables Limited is seeking a highly organized and proficient Supervisor Warehouse to oversee and manage warehouse operations effectively. The ideal candidate holds a degree from a recognized university and brings at least five years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision. This role requires hands-on expertise in SAP, along with strong skills in inventory management, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of five warehouse personnel to achieve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
Oversee SAP-based warehouse transactions, ensuring data accuracy and timely updating of inventory records.
Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse activities in line with company policies and compliance standards.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuing of materials, ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and implement strategies for inventory optimization.
Train and mentor warehouse staff on SAP operations, data entry, and best practices in stock handling.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and enforce company protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate material flow and support purchasing and logistics functions.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and implement effective solutions to enhance productivity.
Prepare regular reports summarizing inventory status, discrepancies, and team performance metrics.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth warehouse functions.
