You are required to develope / modify and maintain our websites. you will be required to design and write contects and market the website on social media platforms.
You will be required to market the website on google and social platforms to rank on first page and generate organic traffic, (NOT THROUGH GOOGLE ADDS)
This role is a contract driven role. Whatever Salary we negotiate on , you will only get 10% of it for the first few months, until we start getting results / traffic form the websites that you maintain.
We are located in UK and this is a home based job role.
You will sign up a contract with us and because we can not keep track of your progress until we actually start seeing the traffic, we will only like to pay 10% of negortiated saalary .
The balance 90% will add to a retention account that we will hold, which will paid to you once we trust that you have successfully ranked the websites to traffic standards.
Once this project is successful and we have a trusting relationship with yourselves, we will hire you as a fulltime employee and design an office for you at Lahore , Gulberg, where you will hire staff members and launch our other projects.
The ideal candidate should be target driven.
More you work efficiently, more progress for the company and ultimately more for you.
There is no set experience, or qualification required, however your hardwork and development will prove the worth of your skills .
