To execute measures for achievement and management of the branch's profitability, developing new business relationships, deepening existing customer relationships, and facilitating cross-sell of the Bank's products while ensuring the provision of a high level of customer service/experience to the Bank's customers, and, maintaining a high-quality portfolio to minimize loss to the Bank, whilst ensuring compliance with the Bank's internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
-The candidate must be minimum graduate with Bachelor's Degree and should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant retail banking experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage the overall business management and mobilization and taking care of relationship with customers in order to extend satisfaction.
• Monitor sales and action plans for the branch and proactively support staff to achieve the business targets.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained while providing services to the customers.
• Ensure compliance through a sound knowledge of bank’s policies, procedures, services and system to avoid risk factors.
• Ensure employees under your supervision receive appropriate training to perform his/her duties effectively.
• To provide coaching and feedback in order to increase staff motivation and morale.
• To ensure that all the branch expenses are occurred within approved budget.
