Spreetail is a fast-growing ecommerce company dedicated to helping brands expand their market share globally while optimizing operational costs. We are seeking an FBA Analyst to manage and enhance the daily operations of our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program. This role involves overseeing replenishment, shipment building, pricing strategies, product onboarding, and Merchant VINE launches. The ideal candidate will develop scalable processes and workflows that improve efficiency and reduce friction as the program grows. You will collaborate closely with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, providing expert guidance on all FBA-related matters and reporting on program performance.

Key Responsibilities

FBA Replenishment and Shipment Management: Manage the creation, sending, and monitoring of inbound FBA shipments and replenishment plans to maintain high in-stock rates while controlling storage and fulfillment costs. Track shipments from initiation through check-in, resolving any receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, or carrier and labeling issues promptly.

Product Onboarding: Ensure new products are accurately onboarded to FBA by verifying listings, dimensions, preparation requirements, and eligibility, so they are ready for sale from day one.

Merchant VINE Support: Facilitate Merchant VINE program participation by managing enrollment, unit allocation, and coordination with internal teams to generate early reviews and boost new product visibility.

Price Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuously monitor FBA pricing relative to competition, margins, and Buy Box signals, making timely adjustments that optimize both sales velocity and profitability.

Performance Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on FBA program metrics such as sales, margins, in-stock percentages, sell-through rates, inventory aging, and storage costs.

Process and Workflow Development: Lead the creation and implementation of standardized, repeatable processes and workflows using tools like Process Street to minimize errors and automate manual tasks. Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support program scalability.

Program Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary internal expert on all FBA-related topics, including policies, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting. Stay informed about Amazon FBA program updates and proactively communicate their implications to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics. Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is highly desirable.

Proficiency with business workflow and process management tools such as Process Street.

Strong skills in Excel and the ability to build SQL queries. Experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recurring, time-sensitive operational tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable acting as a subject matter expert for various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a remote position requiring a reliable work-from-home setup. Candidates must have a desktop or laptop with at least a 4th generation Intel i3 or equivalent processor, 4GB RAM, and run Windows 10 or higher, or Mac OSX. Dual monitors are required, along with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps wired DSL, cable, or fiber). A PC headset and a high-definition webcam (720p or better) are also necessary.

Spreetail is committed to a secure and transparent hiring process. We will only communicate through official channels and never request money from candidates. Candidates should be cautious of fraudulent emails and report any concerns through official Spreetail contacts.
