Spreetail is a rapidly growing ecommerce company focused on helping brands expand their market share globally while optimizing operational costs. We are seeking an experienced FBA Analyst to manage the daily operations of our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program. This role is critical in driving efficiency and scalability by overseeing replenishment, shipment building, pricing strategies, product onboarding, and Merchant VINE launches. The FBA Analyst will collaborate closely with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, providing expert guidance on all FBA-related matters and continuously improving processes to support growth without friction.
Key Responsibilities
FBA Replenishment and Shipment Management: Develop, send, and monitor inbound FBA shipments and replenishment plans to maintain high in-stock rates while minimizing storage and fulfillment costs. Track shipments from creation through check-in, promptly resolving issues such as receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, and carrier or labeling problems.
Product Onboarding: Ensure new products are accurately onboarded onto FBA by verifying listings, dimensions, preparation requirements, and eligibility to guarantee readiness for sale from day one.
Merchant VINE Support: Manage Merchant VINE requests for new product launches, including enrollment, unit allocation, and coordination with internal teams to generate early reviews and accelerate product traction.
Price Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuously monitor FBA pricing against competitive benchmarks, margin targets, and Buy Box signals. Make timely pricing adjustments to optimize sales velocity and profitability.
Performance Reporting and Insights: Create and maintain detailed reports on FBA program performance metrics such as sales, margin, in-stock percentage, sell-through rates, inventory aging, and storage costs.
Process and Workflow Development: Lead the design and implementation of standardized, repeatable processes and workflows using tools like Process Street. Document and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce errors and automate manual tasks as the program scales.
Program Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary internal expert on all FBA-related topics, including policies, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting. Stay informed on Amazon FBA program updates and proactively communicate their impact across the organization.
